在安装页面中，它说如果出现错误，我应该为 Ubuntu 运行此命令： 

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get install -y pkg-config build-essential libudev-dev

这对我有用（安装 libssl-dev）： 

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get install -y pkg-config build-essential libudev-dev libssl-dev

在两个错误消息的底部，它会告诉您问题是什么（ cargo 在这方面确实很棒，所以当它告诉您一些事情时，请学会信任它！）。

问题是您没有安装 OpenSSL 开发包。我没有 WSL 可以测试，但运行 apt-get update && apt-get install openssl libssl-dev 应该可以让您启动并运行。

如果没有，那么错误消息中的第二个建议（设置环境变量）应该可以解决问题，但您还应该在消息中提供的链接处打开一个问题。
